What's in a name? Part two: primary and secondary heads

In October we published Wordles showing the most popular names among headteachers and governors, which generated a lot of discussion about the differences between the two.

At a recent education event, someone asked if we'd looked at the differences between the names of headteachers in primary and secondary schools. This person had a strong hunch that a gender (im)balance would be seen between the two. Louis Coiffait touched on this in his recent guest post for Key insights.
