Product Marketing Manager

The role

We are looking for a driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team and be the marketing lead of our star product, The Key for School Leaders. The service is utilised by over half of all schools in the country and you will, therefore, face some unique and interesting marketing challenges to do with segmented messaging and a data driven approach to journey creation. 

You will play a crucial role in driving continued growth of this product by crafting and executing winning acquisition and customer lifecycle campaigns. You will:

  • Translate defined marketing challenges into a winning marketing strategy.
  • Leverage customer and journey data to elicit new insights that improve campaign and customer journey effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market and engagement strategies for the product and any new features we’re developing.
  • Develop and evolve product positioning, product feature and campaign messaging in a way that elevates the unique value of the service.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns which maximise sales, retention and cross-sell to schools who purchase our products. 
  • Increase usage and advocacy among users within schools who purchase membership by creating and executing engagement campaigns.
  • Optimise the membership experience and build a greater sense of membership, ensuring that our brand, messages and values are reinforced in all member communications.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of your marketing programme and communicate campaign results and impact to your key stakeholders.

The ideal person

You will:

  • Have at least 5 years of marketing experience
  • Be able to create copy that lets our products shine
  • Be a creative and quantitative thinker
  • Be known for your outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Have acquisition / demand gen campaign expertise

It would be nice if you:

  • Have experience working in the education sector
  • Have digital marketing expertise

Junior Credit Controller

The role

We are looking for a junior credit controller to join our small and friendly finance team and support the existing credit control function with the management of cash collection across the group. Using your expert knowledge of our products and services and your natural tenacity, you will build and develop strong relationships with members and will resolve payment and invoice queries to expedite settlement of debts.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in finance and credit control. 

You will: 

  • Tactically monitor and collect payments by contacting members on a daily basis via phone and email
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with both internal colleagues and our members
  • Process credit card payments and reconcile daily receipts to accounting systems
  • Resolve any member financial queries that arise 
  • Keep excellent customer records electronically

The ideal person

You must:

  • Have up to 1 year of credit control or B2B outbound sales experience 
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Be a self starter and happy to work independently 
  • Be able to work towards targets and deadlines
  • Be able to come up with creative solutions to solve problems and queries
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm to progress your career within credit control

It would be nice if you:

  • Have an interest/experience of working in the education or public sector

Senior Product Designer

The role

As a Senior Product Designer,  you will be responsible for managing the product design team and will draw on best practice to support their development, whilst guiding them towards the delivery of high quality outputs & outcomes across our portfolio of products. 

You will be the design lead on specific projects across our portfolio – with involvement throughout the product development lifecycle from discovery through to delivery. To do this, you will draw on a strong body of design skills and experience, including running user research, analysing feedback and data, prototyping, mapping user flows, and leading/facilitating design sprints and workshops. 

You will also be responsible for continuing the progress towards a centralised design system and UX framework, which will help us achieve consistency and scale great design across our growing suite of products and services.  

You will:

  • Line manage and develop our design team (currently a UX designer and a UI designer). 
  • Be an evangelist for design across all teams, advocating for customer-centric design and delightful experiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our members’ context and their problems, through both primary and secondary research, including internal knowledge-sharing.
  • Develop a backlog of impactful design improvements and influence prioritisation decisions.
  • Take the lead in shaping solutions for delivery, collaborating across functions and applying appropriate design techniques to arrive at a clear proposal.
  • Work with Engineers to ensure the delivery of delightful, well designed solutions that achieve desired outcomes.
  • Continue to build and maintain the Key’s Design system covering both UX and UI, ensuring that it is flexible and scalable and can be used by other teams across the organisation.
  • Ensure that we design solutions that meet WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards.

The ideal person

You will:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI) and UX Design roles, with a strong portfolio
  • Have 2+ years experience in managing UX and UI designers
  • Have experience in User Research and Usability Testing, creating Wireframes, Storyboards, User & process flows, writing copy and final designs & UI
  • Be a skilled facilitator of cross-functional design workshops
  • Have experience of working alongside engineering teams and in continuous agile development
  • Have knowledge of industry standard design tools, e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite
  • Have experience of creating and owning a complete Design System
  • Have experience of working on projects end to end, from research through to completion

It would be nice if you:

  • Have experience of working in the education sector
  • Have experience of leading design sprints
  • Have experience in developing a brand
  • Have experience presenting to and collaborating with executive stakeholders
  • Have experience working with distributed/remote teams

Project Manager

The role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our friendly team and report to the Head of Programme Delivery. You’ll have opportunities to work on a variety of projects including digital, marketing and optimising process workflows. You will be responsible for the on time delivery of projects you are managing as well as the creation and maintenance of project documentation. You will do this by using agile principles for delivery, motivating teams, and utilising excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will:  

  • Create and manage project plans for multiple concurrent projects
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions and escalate as appropriate
  • Organise and lead project status meetings as well as create and send regular status reports 
  • Liaise with stakeholders and colleagues as necessary to ensure successful implementation
  • Champion and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management.

The ideal person

You will:

  • Have 2-3 years of project management experience
  • Have good working knowledge of Agile concepts 
  • Have a proven track record of managing stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Be passionate about creating a collaborative and positive working environment
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

It would be nice if you:

  • Have a professional qualification in project management 
  • Have an interest in / experience of working in the education sector
  • Have experience managing successful, complex and cross functional projects
  • Have experience managing system implementation/migration projects.
