Earlier this year our CEO Fergal Roche spoke to the TES about how important we consider the role of the school governor, and how we we give four extra days’ annual leave to any member of staff who becomes a school governor.
The Key is proud to be involved with the Inspiring Governors Alliance, a group of organisations who have come together to (a) encourage people to volunteer as governors (b) support companies in freeing up staff and (c) support governing bodies in recruiting the right people.
