How can governors be encouraged to act on 'best practice'?

It’s great to see governors considering how to encourage their colleagues to think outside the box, and act on best practice from different types of schools.

As our associate education expert, Fred Birkett, says, every school can learn something from the good practice of others; governing bodies have nothing to lose by considering examples from a wide variety of settings and phases.
