When you take part in our survey, you give us all of the following ‘survey data’:
- For security purposes, we assign you a specific user ID. This helps minimise the amount of personal information we collect about you. Your user ID will be linked to your membership account so that we can identify you, including details such as the size of your school, the setting of your school, the category of your school and the phase of your school.
- You may also supply us with your personal data and information about your school in your survey responses.
You are assigned a user ID for security purposes but the responses are not fully anonymous as we are able to link this ID to your membership account. You do not have to respond to any questions in the survey if you do not wish to. In addition, we have employed Survey Monkey’s ‘Anonymous’ tools to help anonymise your data, see: https://help.surveymonkey.com/articles/en_US/kb/Are-my-survey-responses-anonymous-and-secure
The Key keeps your data in accordance with its records retention policy.
The Key will only contact you to discuss your responses on an individual basis (including being used as a case study) if you have expressly consented to this during the survey or poll.
However, you may receive the poll results and related content by email – The Key will always offer you a way of unsubscribing to those emails in the email we send to you but if you would like to opt out of hearing from us now please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
