We are looking for a Member Support Officer to join our Member Success team. You will act as an ambassador for the member, facilitate every interaction that members and non-members have with the service and champion the company’s mission – to give education leaders the knowledge to act.
You will also play a critical role in The Key’s transformation journey to allow members to self-serve and reduce the member wait time, by understanding our systems and identifying and acting upon improvement opportunities.
The ideal person
You will have:
- 1+ years experience within a customer service role
- A genuine passion for making a difference to the lives of our members
- Competency and confidence in using multiple systems at once
- The ability to learn quickly and prioritise
- A collaborative approach to working
It would be nice if you have:
- Experience of working in a membership organisation/association
- Experience of working within a sales environment
- Knowledge of the education sector
- Experience of working with Salesforce CRM and/or Zendesk
