School leaders increasingly distracted by parental complaints – Education Business, November 2019

A new poll has revealed that 84% of school leaders are distracted by complaints from parents about their school’s approach.

The poll found that 57% are distracted to a ‘significant’ or ‘fairly high’ extent, and 27% to a ‘moderate extent’. In fact, only 4% of the school leaders polled are not distracted by parental complaints at all.
