We are delighted to announce that The Key has been awarded a two star accreditation by Best Companies. A two star accreditation recognises employers who make an 'outstanding' commitment to workplace engagement. Our Plymouth and London offices have also placed in the regional lists, with Plymouth coming 23rd in the list for best companies to work for in the South West, and London coming 46th in the list for best small companies to work for in London. We are over the moon to receive this recognition in our first year of entry.
We are an organisation full of bright hard working people who want to make a difference in the work that they do. Our people are the heart of our business, and we are continually striving to make The Key a great place to work for them.
Making sure everyone gets to have their say is a big part of how we keep people engaged in our company journey. This was really put into practice with the creation of our new brand, which launched in February 2019. The process involved several months of workshops and feedback from all teams to make sure the brand we delivered truly aligned with what our people believed we were offering to our members.
We are committed to their professional development, and proud to have a real focus on finding and making the most of people's talents. We put a lot of time into developing the wonderful culture at The Key, nourishing an open, friendly and honest culture where everyone's opinion counts, and hard work is rewarded.
