What is a sub-processor?
Under UK GDPR, a sub-processor is any external service provider (business or contractor) appointed by The Key, that our customer's data might pass through as a result of them using The Key's products or services. The term sub-processor is quite broad, but includes things like the software we use to create and maintain our products, or the administration and finance tools we use to manage your account. A full list of The Key's sub-processors is below.
We take the privacy and security of your data very seriously and have strict processes in place to make sure it remains secure. We also regularly review our sub-processors to make sure they have relevant policies and protections in place.
Note: our main customer and product databases are hosted in either the UK or EU.
